Meet the Team – Lauriane
Once a month, read the profile of a JPAC team member and discover the different professions that make up the company!
This week, meet Lauriane, Key Account Manager, and learn about her career path and her role at JPAC.

What is your position at JPAC?
I’m a Key Account Manager. My role is to develop sales with new clients and ensure ongoing support for existing ones.
What does a Salesperson do?
The role of a salesperson is to promote the company’s products and market them to clients. It’s both about prospecting new leads and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients in a spirit of partnership and satisfaction.
What skills are required for your position?
Above all, you need to be attentive to clients’ needs, know how to build trust, and most importantly, show perseverance.
Can you tell us about your professional background?
I began my career in financial auditing, at an accounting firm, for three years. That experience taught me rigor, method, and organization. Soon after, I wanted to move toward a role that involved more interaction and business development, so I spent five years in B2B sales in the technology sector.
Later, guided by my passion for food, I created my own catering delivery concept for companies and events before joining JPAC.
Why did you decide to work in the agri-food industry?
The agri-food sector has fascinated me for a long time: it’s tangible, dynamic, and constantly evolving in line with new consumer trends.
I particularly enjoy working on products that bring people pleasure and have real meaning in their daily lives.
What does a typical day look like for you?
A typical day often starts with prospecting: identifying potential new clients, contacting them, and presenting the products that best fit their needs. I also spend time following up on ongoing projects, checking in with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure satisfaction and loyalty among our partners.
What motivates you in your work?
What motivates me most is seeing the tangible results of my work — winning new clients. I also love the human and dynamic side of this job, where every day is different.
Do you have a work-related story to share with us?
Yes! I recently met a client who immediately told me he didn’t need our products because he was already working with another supplier. Instead of stopping there, I took the time to talk with him, understand what he was using, and present our products — emphasizing the quality of our recipes, portion sizes, and our price positioning.
When comparing, he realized his current product was smaller and more expensive. That realization led him to continue the conversation and test our product.
This experience really reminded me that you should never stop at the first objection. By sincerely taking interest in the client’s needs and putting yourself in their shoes, you can sometimes turn a “no” into a real opportunity.
Why did you choose to work at JPAC?
I chose to work at JPAC for its human dimension: it’s a company that’s both people-focused and well-structured, with strong ambitions. The corporate culture — based on trust, listening, and collaboration — perfectly matches my values. It’s also an environment where everyone knows their role and can truly make an impact.
What’s your favorite JPAC product?
Without hesitation, my favorite JPAC product is the sweet potato patty. It’s original, healthy, and delicious. It’s no coincidence it won the 2025 Snack Show Award!
What’s your ideal menu?
I definitely have a savory tooth! My favorite dish is tomato tarte tatin served with creamy burrata, fresh basil, and crisp lettuce — a simple, colorful dish full of flavor!
